Such a fun clinic! Super interesting and varied caseload, and I've never met a better team of nurses 

I worked at this clinic since graduating from university at the end of 2019. Since starting here, my skillset has dramatically improved as we have a varied and exciting case load. As our closest referral hospital is over 5 hours away, we have the opportunity to do complex work ups and surgeries and advanced emergency medicine. There is a good mixture of large and small animal work, as we see goats, sheep, alpacas, horses, cows, pocket pets, dogs and cats. Being able to work in a rural setting has been rewarding and you do feel like a vital part of the community. I have been challenged to improve as a vet, however, I have always had support and someone to call, no matter the time or day. The nurses are supportive and have excellent skills to assist us vets. The clinic's management is supportive, continually finds ways to improve working conditions and equipment for our team. The salary is more than competitive.
